We didn't park there because we were not sure whether the payment succeeded. Being Tourists the reservation system was unclear for us. After parking somewhere else which was very expensive, we saw on our Credit Card twice a payment for Just Park. But we didn't use it. Is there a possibility of a refund? With our car numberplate Just Oark can see that we didn't park.

In your list of options on your contact form add, ‘The car park is full but I will wait for a space’ and ‘The car park is full and I want you to find me a space nearby and refund the original booking’ You cancelled my booking even though I did not ask you to. I contacted you to let you know the car park was full even though I had paid for a space all weekend. I was happy to wait for a space. Your operator confirmed that you assumed I wanted to cancel even though no such instruction was given. Your online form options could be improved.
