We used the parking to leave car for a bus trip to London we paid on advance easy to find no hassle close to Megabus pick up and drop off locations great no fuss parking in well lit location.

We parked outside the right building, but unfortunately we should have been at the side not front. The picture we were given was not clear and the instructions dud not say park at the side of the building. When I contacted you about the ticket I got the reply we do not issue fines and best of luck. Might have been more helpful to say we will contact the fines people and confirm you bought a ticket. Anyway fine paid. Just a sorry tail as in every other respect the booking was easy. Just please be clearer and don't expect a photo of a building to be enough. The side and front looked similar to us. Need some directions too. The parking was the Bute Building at Cardiff University. If anyone parks there make sure you park in the reserved spaces at the side of the building. If you park out front you will be fined.

The direction didn't take us to the parking space, luckily enough it took us to the police station. We asked directions from there the police thought it was a scam. We finally found the parking space by the phone and just hoped that we would not have a parking ticket when we picked up the car. There is no contact number to call, I won't use just parking again
