Reasonable price easy to find and close to where we needed to be

Guaranteed parking close to the railway station, good directions and easy booking via the Trainline.

Great parking location -wise, but gaining access in the dark wasn't very easy. Now we know where it is it will be easier next time!

The only feedback is to mention where the instructions advise to park in a green space, these start from the 3rd floor of the car park despite there being plenty of availability on the lower floors

Arrived at the car park and went to the designated green zone where there were no spaces available. Had to find another parking spot. I appreciate that Just Park is not able to police these spaces, on site, but they must make provision for this occurrence and inform their customers as to the back up provision.

Parking spaces all taken when we arrived. Ended up parking in a non-marked space by a wall that wasn't blocking anyone else - had to go and talk to the hotel reception and show them photos so that they would agree not to penalise me. Hotel took absolutely no responsibility for allowing the car park to get over-filled. Point of interest - my SatNav did not recognise that you need to turn South of the Marriot, then West, then North again to turn into Mill Lane at the junction with St Mary's St. Ended up nearly turning into John Lewis car park at first attempt.

I was unable to find the entrance to the car park. The postcode did not take us to the front entrance of the hotel and the one way system and bus lanes made it extremely difficult to access without prior knowledge of the city. After 3 attempts, I gave up and parked elsewhere.

all green bays were full and had to parkj close to stairs access.
