We were looking for a carpark with wheelchair access near Queen Street,Cardiff. This site came up. Perfect. Straight forward booking. No problems. All instructions etc sent to you. THEN getting there is a nightmare. So many roads you can't go down. Buses & taxis only. Then,when you actually get to car park it's a job finding designated bays. The bays are really small. Especially for a wheelchair accessible vehicle. THEN the only way out for a wheelchair, is back up the ramp once you've pressed intercom for the barrier to be raised. Won't be using this car park again! Really need staff down there helping you. And, until the lights come on. It's very dark & dingy. Very disappointed

Everything was just so easy
Saved an absolute fortune using Just Park.
It would have cost me £90 to have parked in Cardiff for the duration of my stay i booked from 11am Monday to 8pm wednesday and it only cost me £30.
Have recommended Just Park to all my friends and family and will only ever use Just Park when i travel to Cardiff in the future.
