Car Park at Helmont House

Pedestrian exit route not very clear but parking slots are spacious; undercover and the premises are very convenient for the shopping centre.

Very handy car park for two days visit very close to central Cardiff .But study one way system in city as postal code lands you NEAR the entrance?? On the wrong side

Very convenient locations and plenty of parking spaces and great prices, cheaper than NCP for 24 hours. However there were no clear exit signs for pedestrians and the directions were not clear. I think something simple as including 'a little further past capital car park keeping to the right' would help

if I had a bigger car I'm not sure it would have fit in the space. I have an Audi A3.

The space was very tight to negotiate into as there were lots of concrete pillars around. The car park was difficult to find if you don't know the area as it was up a one way street which could not be seen until you were actually upon it.

Secure, security were very helpfu, walking distance to city centre and would use again!

Car park is hard to find, car parking spaces are really tight with all the pillars everywhere. Pedestrian exit isn't sign posted so is hard to find. Security when you push the buzzer are helpful with directions to the parking spots.

First time ever using just park, very happy with the price, location and service. Will definetly be using again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you

All was good, the spaces are just to the right of the entrance, but you have to go all the way around to get to them. No issue, means it is easier to exit. Thanks again.
