There was a car parked in space 27. Only other available space was unmarked and would have meant us backing right up to the front door. Nobody home to clarify. Had to park elsewhere.

When we arrived, there was a car parked in the space. Knocked the door, the owners were great. They apologised and moved the car immediately. Very friendly and considerate. 13 min walk from the Tramshed venue. Would recommend.

Unfortunately turned up at the space but couldn't access it due to a vehicle parked across the access to the space. Assume not the owners fault but a pain. Luckily found somewhere else but had to pay again and the lack of space made us late. Shame as easy to find and looked large space and safe.
