1 off-road bay parking space located in a quiet cul-de-sac on Deemuir Square, located off of Deemuir Road in Cardiff.
Our space is in the row of bay spaces directly infront of you as you enter the cul-de-sac. Our carpark is gated, but the gate remains open at all times. There will be cars parked on either side of you (our lovely neighbours) but you have plenty of space to open all doors and your boot.
The space is big enough to fit large vehicles (such as a Volvo XC90 or a 4x4).
We are less than 10 minutes on foot from the main Newport Road, with direct bus links to the City Centre, and this is a familiar and well known Uber pick up/drop off location.
Our cul-de-sac is quiet and undisturbed by footfall or traffic, and parking is for residents. There's no public access, and it is well lit with a lampost at the entrance and centre of the carpark, as well as motion sensored outdoor lights on each of the apartment buildings around the car park. Deemuir Road has no through traffic, as only people who live on that street tends to drive through.
