had to contact customer help as carpark had no confirmation that I had prepaid. therfore couldn't get out of carpark

Not being familiar with Cardiff, made finding the entrance to this carpark a bloody nightmare. It turned out to be in a one way street, that you accessed through a right turn into a street clearly marked Buses and taxis ONLY. Leaving you no idea on how to get to the entrance of the carpark. I had to consult an oracle "taxi driver" who informed that it was okay to turn right as long as i stayed out of the bus lane and kept well over to the right. Finally got into the carpark which was over a disused shopping centre and the main doors to the building were locked very early, there were no instructions on how to enter the building to get to my car, but after walking all the way around the building found a small unmarked entrance to get to my car, apart from that everything was great.

So many no entries and one ways in Cardiff I couldn't find the car park. When I got close my sat nav told me to go down a bus and taxi only street.. in the end I paid to stay in another car park
