Leonardo Hotel Cardiff

The code I was given didn't work to get out of the car park and the hotel didn't help

Ideal parking for The New Theatre in Cardiff. Reassuring to know we had pre-paid for the space & we wouldn’t have to hunt around for somewhere to park when we arrived in Cardiff. On returning to the car we weren’t too happy to find a notice stuck on our windscreen, telling us we shouldn’t park in the space as it’s reserved for JustPark!! The instructions we were given prior to parking was to use any available bay. Perhaps signage needs to be clearer for customers?! I’m hoping I don’t receive a fine in the post, I won’t be best pleased!!

The entry to access The Hotel Leonardo was incredibly confusing. Given the number 1 Park Place we had to circle twice before we realised we had to cross a very difficult interchange and drive into the cul de sac to access the hotel. This resulted in us having to use a bus lane which has resulted in receiving a £35 PCN. Never again. Great location but fraught .

Easy to book and access parking space

Great location for parking. Felt safe leaving the car. Nice and close to centre of Cardiff and the University. However, when we arrived there was no available spaces for us, despite the fact we had paid for a spot. The only free spot was a disabled spot which we did not want to use as we did not want to take this from someone that would need this. Luckily a little later someone left so we were able to get a spot but did add extra stress to the start of the trip.
