Just park gave me the wrong sat nav which took me to the wrong place - I had to park elsewhere and was late to my conference- will not use this again

The spaces were full when I arrived but I couldn't leave as 2 other cars had entered behind me under the automatic barrier. It was several minutes before one car was able to leave and I could take their space. I don't know what happened to the people behind me. When I came to leave parking area, I couldn't because I was blocked in by a van which had just arrived to deliver to the hotel. There was nowhere for it to go but block the entrance/exit route. When it eventually returned, it had to reverse out of the car park (there was no space to turn) and I was just about able to leave after it. All in all a very stressful experience and my worst Just Park of several years.

Very rude receptionist at the hotel spent some time refusing to raise the barrier for me to leave when the key pad code didn't work. Great location for New Theatre but as a lone female driver would not park here again after having to leavey vehicle, walk to hotel reception, wait in a queue of customers & request to be allowed to leave.

I didn't get a code , for the Hotel carpark barrier. so it took me half an hour to persuade them to let me out .

The pin number to leave the site was incorrect. The alternative pin number provided by text was also incorrect. We were stuck in the car park for half an hour at 22:30 which was far from ideal. I won't be using your service again.

It was easy and convenient to park and good value but signage on how to enter and exit the car park was a bit lacking
