So easy and so much peace of mind

Directions/postcode were not clear. Parking space was very tight

There weren’t any spaces! I had to park in a part that I wasn’t supposed to (restricted for student union reps)

Difficult to find as hidden away in a back alley but found it eventually! Plenty of space and PERFECT if going to a gig at the great hall

We had to drive up and down the road a couple of times to work out where the car park was. Details on the confirmation email were not clear for my friend, who was looking out for the car park as I drove. Perhaps a brief note to explain that the car park was behind the address given may help others in the future. Happy with the car park and safety of my vehicle.

Easy to find with directions given, good price

I pre-booked and pre-paid for parking at Senghennyd Road, Cardiff last Saturday 17th August. Firstly the car park is not in the location shown on the map that is on your website and there is no signage to identify it. Secondly, when I eventually worked out where it was and asked another person who was parking there if I was in the right location I found that there were no spaces available for parking. There was no controlled entry to the car park so I suspect that people who know the location probably park there anyway. I ended up parking in an area that was reserved for University mini-buses and fortunately had printed a confirmation of my booking with you so left that on the dashboard to verify that I had paid to park there. So, the main issue is that you happily take the public's money but there is no guarantee of actually getting a parking space.

I had to squeeze my car in only 3/4 of a space and there wasn’t enough parking spaces when other people turned up after having booked.

JustPark appears to be a rip-off. I pre booked, and paid. When I arrived at the car park in Cardiff there were no spaces left. Two Polish drivers, there for the speedway grandpriz, were in a similar situation. I have applied for an immediate refund.
