Clear directions, safe space, good value

The instructions were excellent. It's my first time using Just Park and I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to find it and would find the space hard to get into. Safe to say I needn't have worried. I followed the instructions, I found the address and the designated parking space easily. I was even able to change the car I was using this morning at the click of a button. The price was less than half of a multi storey and I only had to walk about 5 minutes to my chosen venue. Excellent!

Clear instructions were given for access to a parking space in a short line at the end of a side-road underneath a housing complex. It was tucked away and felt secure enough although it wasn't the most salubrious car park (there was a rough sleeper under the next set of spaces on our return). It was close enough - about 7 minutes' walk - to Chelmsford Museum / Oaklands Park for our young grandchild, and very cheap for the time we needed so we were very glad to use it.

The space was great, the identification easy and directions good. The idiot who parked their Ford Kuga VRN EK14ZRD in the area opposite the space where it clearly says "No Parking" I could do without!
