Make sure to set your Sat Nav to Rose and Crown passage and not the address advertised. The parking is at the rear of the address

Satnav directed us to front of building.. where there was no parking space... had to find the rear of building

Had to check the location with the owner as the listing says the wrong street. They replied really quickly so it was fine but if I'd just followed satnav I wouldn't have found it.

Absolutely ideal parking for Central Cheltenham and the Festival venues. A good wide space. I found the map more useful to navigate as the parking space is at the rear of the property address given.
