The space is big enough to fit medium to large cars I.e. Estates and SUVs. Not suitable for extra long or wide vehicles as the turning circle is not large enough.

Easy parking space with little risk of vandalism in a culdesac

I was looking for somewhere out of the way, but not too far from the town, as I didn't want to leave my Aston Martin in one of the town car parks overnight. This fitted the bill perfectly. We found the space easily and, once parked, the car couldn't be seen from the road that goes through the estate (which has very little traffic anyway), so in terms of security it was fine.
The instructions were clear, and the price very reasonable. I would definitely use this space again if ever I'm in the area in future.

we could not find the space, we ended knocking on one chaps door for help and he said "You use our parking space as I don't drive".
So we gave up our search.
