Upper Northgate Street Car Park

Can you explain why I was charged £26 for 2 days parking when the on-site parking charge is £8.50 per day? That's a 53% mark-up. Buyer beware, it's cheaper to pay on-site. The car park was a disgrace anyway and down a dark alley with awkward access.

Found it impossible to locate this parking plot. It's within a one way system which on a busy evening was ridiculous. Went round in circles for a while then gave up and parked elsewhere. The pics sent to help you locate were made difficult to see due to heavy traffic plus it was dark.

Once located the parking was a good option for our visit. However, locating the entrance proved rather difficult as the lane accessing the parking area was not located easily. Perhaps in addition to providing information that the location is opposite the futon shop, it could be made clearer that the access is a narrow lane which is virtually on the roundabout would help future travellers.

Just Park charged me £26 for two days parking. On arrival the signage showed that 24 hours parking was in fact £8.50!!

We booked into this car park & prepaid - big mistake as we never found it & were consequently late for our concert at the cathedral

Directions were awful, post code didn't take me to the car park. Ended up parking somewhere else :-(

We followed instructions but no sign of the parking spot. The car park wasn't easy to find with the postcode. When I called the number I was told opposite Futon store but nothing was available. Unless there is an easy identifiable and reserved spot then no point using this company.

A very small car park, located between to tight walls. Only just off the town but in a dip.and isolated and not overlooked.Not easy to find. The website states it was a 3 minute walk to our hotel, which was untrue it was 15 minutes. I complained but was told that its my responsibility to check???. Perhaps don't mislead people on your website. Was offered a £10 discount on next booking, having already paid £10 extra to park somewhere else. Wouldn't use them again, and.that particular car park is awful.

Paid £7.50 to park at Upper Northgate Street Car Park 1 Upper Northgate Street, Chester, CH1 4EE on Saturday 23rd between 15:30- 21:30. Couldn't find the carpark. Inputted postcode into my phone and it took me to the middle of a roundabout and stated you have arrived at your destination. Couldn't see any signs, and everyone I asked didn't have a clue were it was. Had to park elsewhere and pay £5.50 for the privilege. Shame.
