Good option but flight times didnt match with the minibus so that was disappointing. I dont know if i would use it again because its a dark road and I think it could be so much better to help the airport and the parking company and your customers. please add some improvements without improving the cost. Yes theres an ANP camera but that doesnt protect our cars fully so not fully sure about re-use. Surely if you make these changes your company will make more money????

No transfer to the airport , as advertised. Called on the phone advertised but no one answered

Easy to find and park. Very reasonable price. If arriving in the dark, note that there is zero lighting so use your phone torch. There is a gate at the far end of the aviation museum to exit by foot on to the main road. There is no footpath as such and if the ground is wet you'll have wet shoes! Once you have crossed the road it is a 10-15 min walk to the airport. I would recommend this car park as a cheaper alternative to the airport parking. I Will park here again.

Horrific experience . Pitch black and ground was extremely boggy. Car got stuck on a tyre which was not visible and JustPark customer service number was unavailable after 6 pm so had to pay a recovery company. Also completely slipped over on the wet mud twice, getting completely wet through and covered in mud. Despite really being careful slipped because soo utterly wet and muddy site. This is absolutely not a useable car parking space. It states flood lit but is completely dark.

On the plus side the parking is alot cheaper here than the airport but on the downside it took me three attempts in the dark to find it using satnav as drove past the road, rerouted and ended up in a dead end then found the entrance. There is no lighting for you to see where your going if arriving in the dark either along the road or in the carpark so it was dodge the puddles using my mobile torch. To walk to the airport which takes 20+ minutes as the shuttle only runs from 8am to 6pm and our flight was at 8am. Surely it would be better to run the same as planes so 7am until 930pm? We got drenched walking back as we were on last flight arriving at 930pm.

The website clearly stated a shuttle was available to get to the airport. On booking a message with instructions was provider together with a mobile phone number. No answer when called and had to walk 25 mins with four bags and skis and a nine year old. Emailed to complain only to be told no shuttle in the winter! Avoid unless you're booking in the summer.

No lights when walking back . No lights to show side entrance gate. About 25mins walk to Bourmouth airport. No lights in car park

Minibus has not arrived to pick us up when we dropped off the car. Was available upon return
