Paying for parking was difficult as machines were not working so had to download app and set up payments which took ages.

I wanted to extend my parking and was astounded to find it cost me an extra £8 . Very busy carpark so get there early.

Your app is rubbish. It automaticallydownloaded the wrong phone number from Google, and now I can't change it.

The ticket machines were not working so had to pay online which I don't have a problem with however the lack of phone signal there is terrible. There were so many people walking around trying to get signal. It took me about 40mins to get a half decent reception
