There is no direct access to the high street.
I went into the adjacent car park and only after I'd paid, and left my vehicle, did I realise there was no direct access to marks and spencer.
Also it is difficult to assess when payment has been taken. I have a receipt though.

The parking area was difficult to get into. It seemed poorly designed. I couldn’t find a disabled parking bay which was disappointing. Maybe there was one that wasn’t clearly marked. Though it was raining heavily
