Has taken in excess of 25mins to pay for parking while parking attendant prowling the car park
Problem is phone signal.
There isn't one.
Pay by card failed several times at machine. Apps multiple failed several times.
Cash machines would work if you had coins. Who has eight pounds in coins in there pocket?
Had to walk to shop nearby to borrow there WiFi
Attendant said that machines always work. But he lies, this is not the fist time had problems

I paid for my parking at 10.50 but the "parking clock" says I paid for 3 hours commencing 10.17am until 13.17 pm. I can only assume this is because I selected I wanted to park for 3 hours just before I left home, despite not paying until I arrived. I did this because there is little or no mobile signal at this car park and it can be difficult to pay simetimes.
The clock should only commence once you have paid the parking fee.
I would be grateful for a response.
