Just Park app flooded with annoying pop-ups trying to sell extras (insurance) , and added sms charges of 40p by default that I had to remove. Will use Ringo app if this continues

Both machines for paying were broken. The card machine just didn't accept any payment at and we got 3 voided tickets. The cash machine wasn't accepting notes, only coins. I tried to break my 20£ note locally but no one had enough change. I tried to download the app but there is no reception in the car park so had to join a cafes WiFi and start an account. Eventually did it, the whole process took about 40 mins. We were in a disabled park place with my disabled mother and 2 small children. It was stressful and irritating and I almost quit trying to pay. If my mother had been alone, she wouldn't have been able to do most of it and would have had to risk a fine or quit and go home. It is not acceptable to have payment machines out of order...

only concern was I had to leave beach , couldn't extend booking because of signal, which ment I've probably paid more , two separate bookings one of £4 20 and one of £7 40.

I do not understand why Apple Pay seemed not to work. I had to add a card ? Master card Tesco. Either that or I paid twice via Apple Pay and Barclays card. And then master card.

Ridiculously and unnecessarily expense to take a 90 yr old for breakfast- all if 1 1/2hr. Won't be doing that in a hurry

Price was a rip off as I was probably going to be near the 4 hour mark but had to pay £12 as could have been just past my time, felt ripped off as there was no option to pay for just one hour more and on a Sunday was left feeling upset by this.
