Advance messages indicated spaces when there were actually none. Small spaces. Car park number not initially recognised on App. Poor signal at car park for processing payment. Had to complete payment away from car park - took a while.

The parking cost was confusing as changed rates half an hour after I was leaving my car. Should be free after 6.30pm at night and not another rate for the evening. Too expensive anyway.

Awful car park !
Only excepts cash at the machine but no signal to use your apps ! Called the number and registered the wrong car ! So walked around Christchurch trying to find signal then had to add my other car and pay twice !
If your app doesn't work at least have a card payment option

WiFi on most networks is really patchy in this car park and the old dated machines only take coins but are often out of synch

Had so much trouble trying to pay. Tried to download two apps but 4G wasn't enough to do it. Also tried two phone numbers. One did not recognise the car park reference and the other cut me off while I was entering a credit card number. Eventually I had to go to a restaurant with wifi as this was the only way I could download an app and pay

I arrived around 6pm and wanted to park for 2 hours. Overnight parking didn't start until 6.30pm. Rather than allowing me to pay for 2 hours, the app wanted to charge me for an hour at day rates and then the entire overnight rate - what a rip off!
