I have used this parking a few times now, when getting on the train. I have a large car there is plenty of room for that, the lady is lovely and understanding especially when we was running a bit late. Thank you

was abit dubious about parking on someone's drive as never done it before but the lady messaged me in the morning and was very welcoming which put me at easy right away.so close to the beach front on a quiet residential street...well kept and kept to a high standard will defo look to use again on future visits

All what we needed , quick and local parking to the station. 12 hours ideal.

Booked the space for a 48 hour period. Initially there was an issue as the owner said they didn't do overnight parking but this was soon sorted amicably and was no issue. Would highly recommend as the space is very convenient for the centre of Clacton. Very pleased! Thank you.

The owners were welcoming and helped direct us to the beach and to a pub for an evening meal. Nice and close to the beach. Would definitely use this spot again
