In easy walking distance of the town centre (2 mins), the beach (4 mins) and down to the oyster sheds and seafood restaurants on Coast Road (10 mins). Also handy if you need to charge your EV when staying overnight at the White Hart Inn - a 2 minute walk.
I've noted that CCTV is included - it is not full 24x7 CCTV but the space is covered by a Ring doorbell with motion sensor - I can't guarantee that it would pick up all activity.
