Not impressed by the £20 surcharge applied when we arrived. The price advertised should be the price one pays - no exceptions.

Very crowded car park. All cars literally on top of each other, only a few cm gap between. car park situated 35 minutes away from Gatwick airport walking . When we arrived there was no room for my car I had to leave my key so the owner had to move other cars to park mine. My fault I didn't read about the extra £20 charge during the summer months. Regarding this I would advise looking for other private car parks in this area that are a cheaper price and not so busy where your car might get easily scratched or damaged!.

Was a little dubious at start as saw some comments below but the lady was lovely, communicative, and they were efficient at getting the car to us. They moved the car to another car park 1mile away as reflected on mileage. No issue with that whatsoever. We paid £20 surcharge but knew this from comments. Much cheaper than Gatwick parking. Transfer is £15. We took Uber as thought it was per person but it's not so would have saved money doing the transfer had we had cash

On arrival (3am), the driveway was blocked by one of their/someone's cars. I felt bad calling at such an early hour, but did so anyway. They came down to move the car and directed me to park in, blocking other cars. This meant that I found my car in a different spot on departure. Drivers should be aware that the £20 surcharge is ADDITIONAL to the amount paid with JustPark. It was 1:30am when we collected the car, and did not have the energy to argue this surcharge at the time. I will be raising this with JustPark. Admittedly, our flight was delayed, so we were late with collecting the car. Apparently, this charge was waived, since we were unhappy with paying the surcharge. However, the additional parking fee could have been claimed back from the airline; the surcharge cannot. All in all, I would not recommend parking here. There are far better placed for less than the total we ended up paying here.

We parked here for 4 days for a short trip to Spain and the pricing was fair. However, there was a £20 summer fee we weren't aware of before booking (didn't look at individual reviews/fine print etc) but still, it was cheaper than other airport parking alternatives. We called on arrival as there was a car blocking the entrance but owner soon came out and moved the obstructing car so we could get in. It was quite a full spot but they managed to get all the cars in. We walked from there to the airport which took ~30 mins (we only had hand luggage and enjoy a walk anyway). It took us through some nice woodland actually but if you opt for this maybe wear trousers as there were a few nettles on the paths! Just something to bare in mind if you opt out of the transfer they kindly offer. On return my car was safely parked in a corner, mileage the same as when we left and no damage - would return for another trip!

Profesional was very nice. Came back to Gatwick at 3am and called they answered straight away and was there to pick us up within 10 minutes. Definitely be coming here everytime we fly from Gatwick. Highly recommend
