Found the location, parked up, call parking resident for transfer to airport & was told, `Ist her vehicle had broken down` which we was not notified prior to arrival. 2nd) Would not answer her phone & would only text & stated WE WOULD NEED TO ARRANGE OUR OWN TRANSPORT TO THE AIRPORT, (WE WAS LIVIED). She asked us if we used uber or can contact a local taxi company as she was on her way to work. WOW. YES, WE WERE STRANDED. 3rd) She stated that this is her NORMAL REQUEST TO CLIENTS ON LEAVING THERE VEICLE HERE - (NOT STATED IN THE ADVERT). Found a local taxi & arrived an hour later than planed giving ourselves just 20mins to check-in. We advised JUST PARK of the goings on & requested we do not want a return transfer - only to return & received a call from the resident lady stating that SHE WAS AT THE AIRPORT (South terminal) TO TRANSFER US BACK.... No Way was that happening. We was in a airport taxi (North terminal)which cost us just 3 quid more & had to wait for the lady to turn up with our keys. WOW WOW WOW WOW No apology, was abrupted as she had to get to work. Use at you own risk..........

The hidden charges doubled the cost of the parking space. Those providing parking should not be able to insist on unreasonable terms. It is extortion when you're in no position to refuse. Hiding £40 in charges in the small print make selection of a parking space impossible.

Last minute 'compulsary' transfer and cash payments demanded as others have stated. This is in fact illegal, she is not a licensed taxi driver. Also dropping off and picking up at an unauthorised spot to avoid paying the airport fee. Car park was fine however the treatment towards customers and demands is not acceptable . Would not recommend.

Would definitely recommend using this place. Great service and was a secure place to leave your car for a decent price.

Just arrived from holiday, messaged the driver and received an additional fee (£10) because I didn't transfer the £20 transfer fee before I left the airport for my holiday which wasn't agreed. I didn't think there would be a problem with transferring all of the money at once when I returned to pick my car up, I did leave my keys with the owner of the drive after all. I was also made to draw the money out at the airport and not bank transfer due to this. Please make sure you are aware that transfers by the owner of the drive are compulsory (£20 each way), although it's a 5 minute drive & £7 to Gatwick airport in an uber. Transfer isn't from the airport pick up point, you have to walk to an agreed location. My car was safe with damage etc but if you are looking at saving money instead of. airport parking I'd save the hassle, it's worked out £10 cheaper by doing it this way.
