The space was as described ,no issues parking and it felt safe .

Easy to find and perfect parking space. I felt that my car was safe having to leave it there for most of the day. Will defiantly be using this space frequently.

Excellent location on straightforward house driveway. Feels secure and quick email (no mobile) response from owner to confirm it's the driveway (rather than open parking on other side of the house).
