Excellent - a 5-star experience

Great location for football at Selhurst Park.

There was already a large van parked on the main space. There is half a space in front of the steps on the photo, but even parked diagonally to within 2 inches of the both the parked van and the step's metal hand rail, the rear corner of my car overhung the pavement. The listing says to park on the grass if the main space and the "one in front of the kitchen" - presumably the half space - are taken, but the grass has no dropped curb. Someone watched me through the window as I manoeuvre for about 5 minutes, but didn't offer to move the van from the main space. I didn't have time to phone the space owner to ask for them to move the van. If they are renting out the space, it is their responsibility to make sure it is available on time - this was not a last minute booking. So I ended up paying again to use one of the many empty pay and display bays on the same street, which were cheaper than Just Park had charged me anyhow! Also, nowhere in their listing do they say that the road is a school street, with no access for non residents between 08:00 to 09:30 or 14:00 to 16:00. Luckily, I arrived at 13.45, so wasn't faced with a £60 fine just for approaching the property. If the traffic was slightly worse on my journey, I would have been fined just for turning into the road. This lack of disclosure over the school street in the listing, and not making sure the space is available when booked, is very poor behaviour indeed, and gives Just Park a bad name.
