Parking on Appleby Close, DL1

Quick and easy to book, but when I arrived there was a car in my space. I had booked it for 10 and I arrived at 10:15 I didn't have time to sort it as I needed to catch a train so I parked 2 spaces up. When I got back there was a message on my car saying please do not park here private spaces and I now potentially have a parking fine. I also sent a message when I was on the train to the host explaining the problem, but not heard back. If you book a parking space arrive in good time incase you have the same problem and need to sort it.

Easy booking process. Easy to follow instructions to find the space. No hassle at all.

Excellent parking space, no fuss, just park up and leave. Only a couple of minutes walk from Darlington Railway Station, highly recommended and would use again.

Great parking will 100% use again in future

There was some weeds/grass to the side of the fence, if cut away will help in easier parking as wouldn't be able to exit and access car if reverse parking onto drive.

Never parked on someone's drive before, really handy for the train station as just around the corner, so easy to find, & no difficulties whatsoever

The space was great. My 6m van actually didn’t fit the space, but because it’s on the end of a row near a fence, it didn’t matter at all. Jutting out a little didn’t impede anyone else. The space owner was quick to reply to my query as I parked up and was super helpful. Great spot

Every thing went wrong. I was misled on the parking space firs of all. I didn’t realise I am being led into someone’s private parking space. I thought it was from the train company with whom I bought the train ticket from. When I realised it I tried to cancel it it was not straight forward. I wrote to the cancelling it straight away and I am still awaiting refund even though I was told i t will be within 5 days. Very bad service and misleading. Jeyarajan
