Nearby is the local Park Farm shopping centre and bus stop to Derby city.
In the opposite direction we are also close to Markeaton Park, via a walkway at the bottom of Carsington.

Highly recommend. Lovely, friendly family with clear communication. Their drive is easy to find, and park on with plenty of room to get in and out of your car. It's just a short walk from the university of Derby, making it perfect for uni students :)
