1 space located on a Crescent in Castle Donington. Close to East Midlands Airport, Download and Donington Park Race Track. The space is a good distance away from the road and the area is quite quiet as there's only one road in and out (people who don't live here don't tend to come down here).
The parking spot will be the left hand side as you look at the house. If leaving or returning at night, I will try to ensure the outside lights are on. We now have CCTV viewing the driveway.
It's very close to the 24 hour Skylink bus route which runs every 20 minutes during peak times and goes between Derby, Leicester, Nottingham and East Midlands Airport (https://skylink.co.uk/). Also close to the M1, A50 and easy access to the A38.
The space is big enough to fit a large vehicle i.e. Volvo XC90.
We are close with our neighbours, so I'd expect to be informed if anything was to happen.

good space, very helpful owner and felt totally safe there. Just a word of caution for anyone wanting to arrive and book an uber etc - there is absolutely no phone signal. we really struggled and ended up driving to a shop for help then coming back. it's not an issue with this property it's the entire area.

Best place. Safe and easy to find. Close to the airport. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the bus stop that takes you directly to the airport. I will definitely park again. 100% recommended

Fabulous parking spot. Its the first time we left our new electric vehicle so naturally felt nervous. However, its down a dead end street off the main roads so felt safe. It was about a 10-15 min walk to the main skylink bus stop in Castle donnington. Easy to get the bus to and from the airport. Which is not far away. Would use again- especially for long stays.
