the ticket machine at the entrance barrier was not working. it was unclear whether we would need a ticket in addition to the justpark order confirmation. it would be more reassuring if it could be made clear whether the ticket is just for the barrier to be opened and closed or whether it needs to be displayed.

We prebooked and then due to the rail strike had to get an earlier train. I was unable to change our arrival time on the app, so when we returned we got charged £2.50 extra. To make it worse the car park we were in only charged £2.60 for the whole day on Saturday and Sunday and you had already charged us £5.90. Won’t be using again if I can help it.

Easy to locate. It's a covered parking in a nice location.
Less than 10 minutes walk to the train station.

Discovered it is much cheaper to just turn up and park than to pre-book. Only £3.30 this way as opposed to the nearly £6 via this app

Smooth parking experience.
Ticket validated by staff at the start of the session as we would be late coming back after a concert at the Eco Power Stadium.
Had a 30 minute walk to the concert venue, but this wasn't a huge problem and I'm glad we parked where we did as the roads around the venue were gridlocked afterwards.

The Sat nav postcode takes you to another car park nowhere near the one we paid for. We were catching a train so didn't have time to search. We had to pay a small charge to park in an unmanned council car park for the day.
Not impressed.
