St James Car Park

Parking was easy. But the instructions were unclear as to where to leave your vehicle. Otherwise all good.

Seemed to get scammed when adding on insurance as it said it was pennies and ended up charging me extra £6 more than the actual parking.

Car park isn't manned. I don't even know if there are cameras there? Plenty of smashed glass on the car park from break ins. Apart from its security it's very convenient for bus and trains and town centre access.

Tried parking van in car park but was to high to fit in, couldn’t see any information on height until it was too late, £30 I’ll not get back

Parking bay markings weren't great and I felt a little uncomfortable leaving my vehicle, the area didn't appear very secure. Good lighting when we got back at around 11.30pm.

Booking on line speeds up the parking process, as you simply drive in. APNR does the rest.

Booking through just park was easy, however arriving at the parking space was worrying as there was obvious signs that several cars had been previously broken into, telltale sign of heaps of broken class. Car park didn't feel safe walking back too late at night. Park at owners risk, I won't use Again.

Easy to use well signposted

We arrived at the car park to find broken glass in the car park spaces. We found this so alarming that we left and found a clean, safer car park nearer to the station. We couldn't leave the car in a car park like this.
