Paid to park, realised I had used wrong registration, tried but couldn't change this! Paid again for parking using right registration..... 2x £8.25!
In the period between the two payments got a parking ticket for another £50..... so expensive days parking!!!

It was an awful experience which made me late for a doctors appointment. The card payment did not work on the machine . I tried coins which would not go in either. Had to download app which then froze.
When back to car there were 2 traffic wardens. I explained the card payment wasn't working and they said they had reported it before and nothing had been done. Very stressful visit to car park. Will not be using this again

Being able to use justpark was ideal because the machine closest to our parking spot was only taking coins (no change given).
In fairness in this day and age ‘cash only’ provision is prohibitive for people - there were other drivers for whom it was a genuine issue.
Other than that the car park was ideally placed and reasonably priced for a quick visit to the shop we needed.

No google pay meant my wife needed to call me to put the time on the car as she didn't have a card on her and was in a rush, it just seems like such a silly thing to omit and caused unnecessary stress
