Location was great for shops but lighting in the parking area was extremely poor when returning at night. A torch is required down a dark alleyway to find your car. Not ideal.

Didn't let me cancel before time

Terrible place to leave your car. No spaces available and there was a smashed up car there too. I moved my car somewhere else. Ive emailed about a refund and not heard back either.

Fist night, my car window got smashed and blue badge stolen. 3 days before Xmas. Didn’t leave it there in the dark after that. Instructions for car park make no sense. Nowhere to put in a code! Never ever again!!!!!!!!

DO NOT PARK HERE OVER NIGHT
I live just behind this lane, I see a car broken into almost every day. It's a very convenient spot, but there are no lights and no cameras, pitch black at night. I've seen people looking into cars and cars with smashed windows more often than not.
If I were you I'd look elsewhere.

will definitely use again, ideal at this time of the year as staying in princess street Edinburgh and parking is a night mare , 2 mins to Haymarket station jumped on train to Waverly station and our hotel was across the road from this, thank you for quick and easy parking ......

Started great with automated booking which I happily paid for but when I got there… not a parking space in sight. Bad instructions on where to go. They mentioned a lockbox which didn’t seem to exist. My space didn’t exist. I think it may be a scam unfortunately.
