The postcode on the app to help find the car park was completely wrong. it took me an extra 15 mins to get to it due to the time of day and busy traffic EH14 1HJ does not take you to Asda!!!!! The parking, once I got there, was fine - plenty of spaces, well lit and felt secure leaving my car there.

Very simple booking process and although there was a bit of a walk to the venue it was good to no the car was parked safe an no risk of ticket

Great. Only issue is we were not aware exactly what to do on arrival at destination. Do we need to show somebody our booking ref. number or what. Maybe this could be made clearer on your web page

Totally removed the stress of parking last night when travelling to Edinburgh for a concert.
Venue advice states that parking around venue is limited.
Discovering that JustPark had spaces to hire near the venue made the whole experience much more straightforward.
Information from JustPark in emails and texts provided all that was necessary to park securely with confidence, at very reasonable prices for city parking.

Very easy to use the link online and arrange concert parking. Had never heard of them before but got an advert link for them on my gig ticket.
I used them for Asda, Chesser Place which is right across from the O2 Academy in Edinburgh. Not sure if Asda staff check the cars for breaching the time rule but better safe than sorry! Don't think many use this option as were plenty of spaces so you could go quite later, ie after the support act is due, and still get parked.
Good prices for prime parking spots and handy cancellation options too. I noticed the app has booking times in 15min intervals but online is half hour? Not sure why not both set to 15 but a minor point.
All round, an exceellent experience with JustPark and would use them again.
