This is a fantastic concept, and I wouldn't hesitate in using it again, however there was only one issue which prevented me from rating as 5 star. On the day of use, I only received an email with precise parking location/instructions, after I had parked, which meant that I wasted a good deal of time upon arrival, trying to ascertain where I should be parking, hence I then arrived late for my appointment.

Booked a parking spot (had a Dutch rental car) not too far away from my relatives and all went well.
Relatively easy to get it booked.
PS: my initial (other parking lot) booking got cancelled within an hour (by email) allowing me to find another location.
