Turned out well but spoiled by anxiety as to whether the app would succeed in opening the barrier with no apparent backup plan available. As it was, it failed first time, reinforcing my fears.

Parking was ok, bays a bit tight and open leaving could not get signal on phone to open barrier. As I had pre-booked would thought camera would have recognised numberplate and opened automatically.
Update,
Following the reply from JP they are reading the comments and taking a positive approach to comments and I have upgraded my rating and look forward to revisiting JP in the future.

Buses dropping people off at the hotel may be blocking the entrance and cause some delay if you are in a rush.
