The space is not as large as described. I parked an Audi A5 and unfortunately encroached some of the next parking space. But I hope that did not cause any problems for the owner of the space and his neighbours. The number of the flats is not clearly marked at the entrance but was not hard to decipher. Otherwise a very safe place to park. Thank you

It was a great option and only slight issue (and beyond your control) was the distance from the wall the car in space 1 was parked which meant, in turn, we were pushed far enough across that we might’ve ended up causing a problem. They’re pretty compact spaces I suppose. But all good.

It's a really safe space, behind a big high wall. I wouldn't be parking anything bigger than my mini in the space though - the spaces are really small! I was lucky as no one parked next to me and the car on the other side didn't move but it would have been super tight for them getting into their car.

The space is behind a wall, so it feels very secure. Easy to get to, close to Botanic Garden or Polish Consulate. Good communication with the owner.
