Q Park Capital Square Edinburgh

Perfect, I'm disabled, currently unable to walk far and we had a concert at the Usher Hall that I was determined to go to. Thanks to Just Park we were able to park across the road, which meant no driving round looking for a blue badge space. We felt safe walking to and from the venue, my husband has even spread the word about Just Park to his workmates. We will definitely be using Just Park again.

Directions to the carpark are horrendous. Took us ages to work out that it was behind the Sheriton Hotel! No signs to find your way back in to collect your car either.

My satnav took me pasted the entrance, just keep looking for Qpark and it's easy to find. Very clean and bright parking area and the safe pathways are well sign posted.

Instructions worked well - just drove to the barrier and the barrier opened. Good value for the centre of Edinburgh, well-lit and spacious bays, helpful staff member (David).

The parking was much easier to find than the reviews suggest. Just search for q park capital square on maps and it takes you there. The parking felt very safe ! The only Issue was the spaces are very tight and we have a large vehicle. We managed to get a space that fit our car comfortably but we had to wait for another couple to leave to get this, otherwise one of us would have not been able to get out of the car when parked.

Only thing was the gate didn't open automatically on the way out and I had to wait to speak to someone.

Awful experience. Parking space that I paid for in Edinburgh was occupied. We lost 40 minutes of parking time paid for in trying to find the alternative car park that just park sent us to. Instructions to the new Car park were awful. They didn’t answer the phone for 20 minutes. The owner of the parking space had switched their phone. I’ll never use just park again

Entrance is no where near postcode. No signs indicating the entrance are clear from the road you need to take to get into the parking. The signage inside the parking is rubbish too - the staff are less than helpful

The parking spot was fine and the attendant was so lovely! In a stressful moment he was so pleasant and helpful. It was, however, really difficult to find the car park itself, it’s down what looks like a loading bay and it really isn’t obvious.

once you get off the main road, it's not well signposted. fortunately it was quiet so I was able to easily drive about looking for it.
