The traffic lights to get back onto the main road didn't sense the car and remained on red, eventually had to drive through

Couldn’t find parking space with directions on app

It was honestly not easy to find this car park. The pin on the satnav led to a different place. The car park is at the Sheraton Hotel. Maybe some information boards on the main street from which you enter the Hotel would make things a lot easier. But the car park staff are very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with this car park. I recommend it.

Great space very close to Usher Hall. Was difficult to find as there is another car park nearby.

We left by the pedestrian exit, but on returning we could get in. we tryed pressing help button and ringing the help number. we could hardly hear the automated reply because it was really quiet and we were next to a loud fan. I had read about a QR Code on confirmation E.mail but we could not find it. Eventually we walked round to the car entrance that is just of a busy road and in underneath a building that was really scary and I was afraid. We pressed the help button and this time a really nice person answered , asked the car licence and let us in. So the 4 min walk to and from the Theatre was became 35 mins, by the time we had walked all the way round to other to the car entrance. I you could please guide me on how to find the QR code for getting back in next time. That was scary, unsafe for two lone woman and my hips and back really sore after the walk. I do like this parking solution but I need reassurance that we can get back in at end of night. regards morag Phillips.

The directions advice you to take a turn early

Barrier didn’t open when we tried to leave the car park. Would use again as very central location.

I did not know this park is within LEZ , I didnt know there was a LEZ in place. therefore I'm paying two fines I had not expected. Your site should include a notification of this . I do not live in Scotland , was visiting as a tourist

Great space and value

Very convenient and at a very competitive price car park near Edinburgh castle. Parking space is big. Entrance is a bit low so avoid tall vehicles. A bit of a mess to exit: Signs a bit confusing. Undoubtedly I recommend it.
