I opened JustPark from the Trainline application, thinking that I was reserving a parking spot in the station parking train. In the booking screen, there was a map with a pointer to that parking. I was then surprised to see, after payment, that it was a private parking spot, more expensive, and far from the station parking. Overall, I found the experience confusing, if not deceptive.
Edit: it was nice to see that JustPark responded quickly to my review and refunded my booking, showing good customer service, so I have updated my review. I would still recommend making it clearer that this is a service for booking private parking spots.
