This was my first experience with JustPark so maybe I am being a little critical but when we arrived there was a car parked across the two spaces meaning that I could not park. I called the phone number and no-one answered. I therefore knocked on the door of the house. (I was conscious that the resident of the property was unlikely to be the parking space owner). Someone answered the door and said that they'd get someone to move the other car. They made us wait about 10 mins before anyone appeared to move it. Luckily we'd left plenty of time to catch our train otherwise we would have missed it.
