I am the second house on the right hand side as you enter Broadoaks. I have two spaces so please park under the first flat window, on the right hand side of the house as you face the front door. Please park facing the house - please do not reverse into the drive. Remember to put your parking confirmation on your windscreen so that I can see you have the space booked. My parking space is on a private driveway close to the station. Epping Central line tube station is a few minutes walk via a lit footpath which is off Centre Drive, just past Woodland Grove. Once booked, your parking space is guaranteed.
