Treetops Car Park

No problem whatsoever, will use again

Although the site is advertised as Treetops the actual name is Hillcrest which is a bit confusing when driving in a strange area. The allotted parking spaces are quite narrow and the small wall on one side of some of the spaces doesn’t help. There was a space available for me and it seemed safe

The marked spaces are small and very close together, the end spaces have the wall/trees next to them and because of this it makes it difficult to get into with other cars parked there. Once in the space, because of the wall on one side and a bigger cars crammed into the small spaces the other side, I had to climb from the drivers seat over to the passenger side to get out.

I did not get the parking in the booked space. someone else has parked there

Good parking spot, close to tube station.

It was helpful to be able to book a place beforehand. It was a convenient place close to where I needed to go and the price was competitive.

The parking was called tree tops on the website but hilltop on the sign

NEVER AGAIN!! Turned up at Epping treetops as booked and paid for...All the just park spaces taken, no room for us. People just parking there on a freeby, presumably knowing there is no one on site or security as claimed! Totally scammed out of our money....Phone the just park phone number, and as soon as you press the button for problem with parking, the music starts and no one answers...They hope you'll go away! We had to, as now very late trying to park! Eventually had to fork out for station car park. Think very seriously about booking spaces with this company, they'll take your money, spaces or not, and won't answer their phones!!

when I got to my space it was the only one left. I reversed in and due to other people not parking very well in-between the lines. I had difficulty getting my grandson out the back seat.

Easy booking and directions. Reasonable price.
