Good parking space in a quiet location, slightly tight reverse but OK if you take your time. Very friendly home owner who I had a chat with. Problem is the new low traffic neighbourhood initiative in this part of Exeter. An absolute nightmare to find using sat nat as various streets have been closed off so I had to drive around for 20 minutes trying to find a way in. Eventually gave up and drove down a street where I wasn't supposed to. Hopefully I won't get a fine as the trial only started in August 2023. Check the route before you travel to this space

Felt very safe as it's in a secluded area circled by other houses, so it felt secure. Just parked up and left. As others have said it's a tricky corner driveway but no real issue with parking.
