This parking space is in the driveway of our house, in a quiet residential area. It is a 10 minute walk to the city centre / bus station and close to Topsham Rd. It is a few minutes walk from DCC County Hall and St Luke's campus (University).
It is a 5-10 minute walk to the Nuffield and the RD&E hospitals.
It is on the H bus route and close to other bus routes (Topsham Road and Heavitree Road).
We CAN'T accommodate VANS. Sorry.

Perfect space for me. Great location, 10 min walk from city centre. Easy to find. I have a mini so was fine for me but larger vehicles may struggle with space.
