Hi on the 29th of January I parked in Grove Place carpark for 2 hours it's a 3 hour limit I tried to extend for another hour but was told I could not that from Janet Webster

Booked 3 hrs. Prompted to extend. Selected Wxtend and told 3hrs is max and that I couldn't extend. Forced to rush back to car to avoid a ticket. Rubbish service and may not use JustPark in future.
