Booked 3 hrs. Prompted to extend. Selected Wxtend and told 3hrs is max and that I couldn't extend. Forced to rush back to car to avoid a ticket. Rubbish service and may not use JustPark in future.

I paid for two hours parking, and then realised that I needed to extend the time, so having thought I had successfully done this on the App was rather devastating to find I had a £50 parking ticket waiting for me...

Using the app, which I have done many times before without problems, got stuck on "processing" and completely locked my phone up for hours until I was finally able to force a stop. Not happy and am not confident about using it again.

Needs additional signage on entry/exit pointing to the pay& display machine. Or another machine by the toilets or just a sign with the just park location.
