The service seemed to work well. Easy enough to find and book parking. Car park used was pretty grim and wasn't sure about leaving car at this location for 2 days. Would have been useful if they gave you more information e.g. if the car park has CCTV coverage, how secure it is etc.

Fantastic app so easy to use and very comprehensive updates
We had to extend our time due to a time problem with our bus coming back from London and it was done free for extra 2 hours ..fantastic!!

A very useful service to find and book parking in a town that you are not familiar with. The booking process was very easy and the directions given to find the car park made finding it relatively stress free.

The area was a bit undesirable - it’s part of an old mostly empty shopping centre and near the bus and metro stations.
We stayed at the Hilton and it was a big uphill walk back to the car.
We missed the entrance and had to drive back around, it’s just before the entrance to the bus station and very steep.
No need to prepay, only £5 for 24 hours that you can pay when you exit. It’s pretty empty.

The place was no longer in use so had to find a new place to park which cost us 3 time the amount of money will never ysr justpark again ever.

minimal relevant information of the exact location of the carpark in an area of carpark options. Exacerbated by an out of date photograph of a 'wilkinson' building and the description 'wilco carpark' which was inaccurate. The carpark was in a one-way system which exacerbated the above issue wasting around 30 minutes and increasing the stress. It was difficult to confirm location was correct once parked

Not used as asked for nr Ne11rf and only realised on morning that parking given and paid for was in Gateshead!!! Not Newcastle, so didn't use it and wasted my money, obviously not easy to use. Not impressed
