Only issue was getting the barrier open no one was on reception to help a worker had to open for me once I'd shown my booking

bit of a walk to Gatwick and on return, please remember where you entered!!! we walked around Gatwick for ages, but that's more to do with us than the parking!
I wouldn't book this location if I was going to return or arrive in the dark and walk, but there were busses available.

Great experience and customer service. We had to arrive early because of the strike at the airport but couldn’t book through the app the extra hours so called customer support. Customer support was very kind to let us in earlier without any additional charges.

The parkin instructions provided were clear, however did not work as described upon arrival. The barrier was meant to open when stopped in front of it and when activated via app but it did not. Intercom at the barrier kept on dialing and producing ring tone but no one answered to provide assistance. We managed to speak with Just Park operator which we booked parking through, who was very apologetic and tried to contact parking provider but had also had no luck. He kindly suggested to check nearest available free parking space and transfer our parking booking. This was not suitable as proposed alternative parking space was far from public transport route which is needed to make our way to airport. After half an hour we got simply lucky when one of the employees pulled behind us at the barrier and offered to let us through. Situation

Retuned to my vehicle after 10 days to find a new 12 inch scratch down the side of it. Thanks for that. Won't be parking here again.

Affordable parking, easy access, fully automated. No shuttle bus, so need to get to the airport yourself. Easy during the day, picked up one of the local buses, £1.80 to get to Southern terminal. However, came back late at night and Uber back was £25, just something to be aware off.
