When arriving at the car park I found the prices for paying were a lot cheaper at the meter, rather than pre booking. I could have saved £5 on my stay if I’d used the meter on the day. Also there was no mention of JustPark on the signs, I had to go into the hotel and check with them it was the correct car park!!!
There was also no guarantee of a parking place if the hotel was busy and had filled the site, I would not have had a reserved spot. So why pre book if there is no guarantee!
Will not use pre booking with JustPark again

Stop pestering for reviews. Why would you ask for a review here? The location is inconvenient. You're situated in the worst city in the UK. Dodgy part of town. Not safe. Keep clear. Wouldn't give it 1 star

Their was no space's left when I arrived meaning I had to wait for someone to leave, I pre booked my space therefore a space should have been available when I arrived and there wasn't.

Great parking but there was only one bay left when we arrivef before walking to catch our reserved train...!

When we arrived road closed with sign car park full & told by hotel concierge we could not park.
After 5 to 10 mins discussion walked round to car park to check and found space. If we had left we would have missed start of our show.
Concierge said it was a frequent issue at their Mariott Car Park. Disappointing as in a great location.
