Easy to find and access. Isn't a hard packed surface and muddy in some parts with the rain. Some big potholes that could be pretty easily and cheaply filled with some gravel/ aggregate.

cannot judge from just 1 day but honestly the area seems a bit dodgy
however for parking during daytime, I would say there's no worries
