Easy to book, saved us the £60 Glasgow clean air charge and £50+ city car park rates. £12.50 for 2.5 days parking in a car park which closed at night so car was secure. £6 to get into Glasgow via uber taxi.

We were booked at 56A Kelvingrove Road, Glasgow and when we arrived the space was taken. The space owner declined our call 3 times and we were forced to call Just Park. They relocated us to Craighall and when we finally got there the car park gates were padlocked (it was the weekend). We were late for our daughter's arrangement and our day was completely ruined. Not impressed with the service at all. Total shambles

Parking was easy to find via Google Maps. My only concern on approach is that there wouldn't be a space as it was very busy and there had been no set space allocated to me. However there was one space left in the car park so all worked out well. Secure and easy for me to walk into city centre. This parking space would not be as handy for anyone with mobility issues as the length of the journey into city centre would be increased to avoid stairs. If you are willing and able to take stairs it seems like a great place to park.

The website allowed me to book parking starting at a time that the car park cannot be entered anymore and it was too late to cancel.

Paid for parking but when I turned up there were no spaces so had to leave on a side street. Amended my booking by half an hour which got the insurance cancelled. Phoned up to speak to someone regarding there being no spaces and no answer, left a voicemail and no one tried to contact me. Had to leave my car on a side street in Glasgow and has anxiety all weekend wondering if I was gonna return to my car being clamped or stolen. No refund given even though I paid for parking and could not park in the car park.

The parking is on a small hill and took 28 mins to walk to the city centre instead of 15 mins stated.
