Parking on Woodside Terrace Lane, G3

Great space, no issues. Would be happy to use again.

Absolutely abysmal service. Easy to find the space using sat nav, but when I arrived- 1 minute past 7pm (my booking started at 7pm), I was dismayed to find that another vehicle was parked in the allocated space I had booked. Also, the gate is supposed to be locked, and apparently needed a code to open this gate. When I arrived though the gate was already wide open, allowing anyone to drive in and park (as evidently gas happened). Not the gated, locked and secure car park as advertised. The instructions very clearly state which space I was supposed to park in, but as this was already occupied and the car park is supposedly residents only I did not want to park in one of the other residents spaces without permission. Terrible service. If you are going to charge for use of your private parking space, at least make the effort to ensure it is available for the correct vehicle at the allocated time. I am not familiar with this area - hence why I wanted to pre book a supposedly guaranteed space - but luckily I managed to find on street parking on Lynedoch Terrace, literally 5 seconds away. That was free to park after 6pm - perfect timing for me. Do yourself a favour - AVOID this con and make use of the on street parking on Lynedoch Terrace and other streets nearby. I expect a full refund, considering I did not get what I was promised and paid for.

Secure and easy to find and park. Would definitely recommend.
